ThrowbackThursday – Condo Love

Really proud of the difference we made in this project, opening up this condo to bring in the light and ignite conversations. 

To create a feeling of openness in this modest apartment with an awkward layout, we relocated the existing fireplace, which allowed for a kitchen island to bring dinner guests into the conversation, and by rearranging the layout we were able to create a functional working triangle.

Choosing a large wall oven with a separate gas cooktop allowed for additional storage on the island, and moving the dining room to a spare room provided a formal dining space for the homeowners while freeing up space for a much-needed pantry in the previous eating area.
