From concept to completion, you’ll have a cohesive team working on the project for you, saving you time, money, and stress.
From our humble beginning as MAC Renovations to our new title of MAC Reno Design-Build, we’ve been a trusted name amongst neighbours for home transformations throughout The Peninsula and the Capital Region District.
After the paint is dry, the job’s complete, and you’re once again loving where you live, our team is here for you.
By investing in the planning process, we’re able to deliver a clear and complete experience. Don’t trust anyone who gives you a quote based on ‘gut feelings’ and ‘best guesses’ – go with the crew that puts it down in writing and delivers on what they promise.
We take your ideas and dreams and turn them into plans and realities. You get what you need, not just what you ask for.
We trusted MAC to do the job well, with integrity and professionalism, right from our first meeting. And we weren’t disappointed.
While each home we build will present unique challenges, there’s no appreciable difference between building or renovating a home throughout the peninsula versus anywhere else in Victoria. We’re one big island, and while there are some differences, they’re overall minor in the grand scheme of custom building in Greater Victoria.
At MAC, we adhere to the provincial building code to ensure that every home is built to conserve energy. Not only does it make the space comfortable year-round, but it also helps to keep the noise out.
Building on the Saanich Peninsula – whether it’s in Sidney, Brentwood Bay, Dean Park, Lands End, or anywhere else in the region, all fall under the purview of the Capital Region District, so the building code requirements are the same.
Just like Victoria, the climate of the SanPen is pretty consistent throughout the year. While the spring can get a bit damp, we don’t have the temperature extremes that can affect home renovations in other parts of the country.
Pretty much any renovation you do to your home – from a custom bathroom renovation for your guests, a new luxury kitchen, or adding more space through an addition – will add value to your home. Some projects may have a longer return on investment, and some provide more value in terms of comfort and convenience vs. financial return. Contact MAC to find out what we can do to help you find more value in your home.
