We engaged MAC Renovations about remodeling our kitchen. TLDR - We Love our remodel and recommend MAC. What I appreciated the most about working with MAC was the approach they take to their projects. From the get go, they were open about costs and time frame. They worked with us to establish what OUR priorities were and then connected us with their design team. Their in-house design team didn't have the availability to work with us in the time window we required so they engaged with Design District. What an absolute pleasure it was to work with professional designers who can take the clients vision and present professional layout options. They really took the pressure off of us in terms of choosing finishes. They knew and considered our budget. Once we had our preferred design, MAC was able to move forward to build out the final scope and cost of the project. Over the course of any large project there will be challenges. Some will be within the control of the Contractor and others outside of their control. In either case, because we had a dedicated Project Manager, and a Construction Manager we ALWAYS had someone to talk through the challenges. Any time there was an issue, they were able to present solutions that aligned with our budget and our vision. We had an issue with one of the finishing products use on our project and MAC stepped up to advocate for a solution that was acceptable. Before our kitchen had very little storage and very little counter space. Their design ideas allowed us to reconfigure the space and we literally doubled our counter and cabinet storage space. The whole crew is exceptionally professional with special shout out to Tim who always left the work site impeccably clean and tidy. Thank you Spencer, Adam, Rebecca, Tim, and Blaise!
