We looked at the space within the home and found that, with some creative carpentry, we could move their primary bedroom upstairs and convert the small bedroom and some unused attic space into a deluxe ensuite retreat, complete with a free-standing tub and a separate shower.”
The attic bedroom renovation allowed the homeowners to gain more usable living space without expanding the home’s existing footprint.
